Information from third parties, such as our CRM (GoHighLevel), dispute management platform (Dispute Fox), credit monitoring partner (SmartCredit/ConsumerDirect), payment processors, and referral partners.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, manage, and communicate about our credit repair and financial consulting services

  • Process enrollment, payments, and account management

  • Prepare and manage credit disputes on your behalf, where you have engaged us to do so

  • Send marketing, promotional, and informational communications via email and SMS/text (only where you have opted in, as described in Section 3)

  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support

  • Comply with legal obligations, including those under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and applicable state law

3. SMS/TEXT AND EMAIL MARKETING

If you opt in to receive text messages (e.g., by texting "Credit" to our marketing number or submitting your phone number through the Site), you consent to receive SMS communications from NewWay Consulting related to our services, promotions, and account updates. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and your mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you opt in to email marketing, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

  • Legal and regulatory authorities, where required by law, subpoena, or legal process

  • Successors, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets

5. CROA DISCLOSURES

As a credit repair organization, NewWay Consulting complies with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We do not request or receive payment before fully performing services as required by CROA, and you have the right to cancel your contract with us within three (3) business days without penalty, as further described in your service agreement.

6. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

The Site may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and analyze traffic for marketing purposes (e.g., Facebook/Meta Pixel, Google Analytics). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.
